Come home, come home, ye who are weary come home...
Music
Are you master of your domain? Well, these files aren't. They're midi files, public domain (make your own jokes here) and, as I've discovered, there's a wealth of really good midis for every imaginable song. These are some of my favorites. I've also included a link for a really good page that allows you to search for virtually any midi out there. So, have a listen, it's great.
I've finally got my act in gear, so in addition to some lyrics for songs I've written, I've also got some of me singing them too. Is that a good or a bad thing? I leave that for you to decide :)

NOTE! I fixed the link problems, the midis work! Enjoy!

Words and Guitar Tabulature for thousands of songs - Olga.net

ProAudio Music - music equipment at very reasonable prices, quick shipping too. Bought the kids' guitar there.

Mfiles- this is a great site! It has sheet music and a plug in (Scorch) that when you click on the music, plays it for you. I spent ages on this site, very good articles too.

IFilm- Love this site! Music videos, videos people submit, a whole bunch of stuff, all of it free to view. They have Green Day's "When September Ends" and "American Idiot" and older stuff, it's great. Nothing to join, you just go there.

Creative Commons Licence - This is where you can licence your creative works and specify what sort of licence you are allowing. I'm going to do this for all my stuff, but am starting with my songs. Why? Well, it would be nice to put it out there knowing that if anyone gets hit by lightening and actually makes money off it, well, shucks, it belongs to me. Other than that it also means if you are doing an art film or just really like listening to it and don't plan to make money off it, listen away, I'm glad you like it (p.s. this will also go for my writing, no publishing without my express permission, print it off to read go right ahead).
