I wish I knew why The smallest things Go lightly into Darkest night Why tears run Hot and quiet When they should be Loud and cold Cats paws, soft Claws sharp Aren't always Enough. Calicos sport Mustaches Spotted cats Have jungle hearts My little flower We hardly knew you Long enough I suppose That to say Sweet dreams To a cardboard box Soft full Is harder than I wish.
