— The East Coast of the U.S.A. and expecially the Washington D.C. area is bracing for a scary winter storm that is threatening to dump 60 centimeters \/ 2 feet of snow during a 36 to 40 hour storm duration.<\/p>\n

— Up here in New Brunswick, Canada, we had a couple killer storms that dumped almost that much snow more than once in the last two years.<\/p>\n

— But Washington D.C. is facing the possibility that the area might be completely paralized.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile – In Canada – a lot of people are upset about the fact that most news media are controlled by a small number of corporations, which are in turn controlled by a smaller number of “Puppeteer Media Magnates” \/ nasty rich men with not so user-friendly agendae.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

— And I’m feeling kind of world-weary\/punch drunk (?) from a barrage of news that I could swear was calculated to suck the optimism out of everybody silly enough to pay attention.<\/p>\n
