It used to be a railroad bridge. Between 2010 and 2013 there was some talk about turning this into a footbridge that would be part of a park that I don&amp;#8217;t believe became reality. The &amp;#8216;real&amp;#8217; Railroad bridge was elsewhere, up the river a bit. When the last train rolled away with all the railroad tracks and ties the other bridge ceased to be a part of a working railroad.
